Exactly 3 months to the day, Hannah lost tooth #2! Her lower right (from her perspective) tooth is slowly coming in but now the lower left tooth is gone, thanks to an afterschool snack of an apple. She was upset when it came out because it was bleeding some and she really hates blood, but she perked right up when I reminded her of the Tooth Fairy. Of course, this led to a very long discussion about how the Tooth Fairy gets into our house. Since I'm okay with her believing these things but not willing to make up a huge fabrication for something she won't believe in a matter of a few years anyway (same with Santa), I simply asked her how SHE thought the Tooth Fairy got in our house. She decided that the Tooth Fairy comes in the front door and reminded me not to turn on the house alarm this evening so that the Tooth Fairy could enter safely without fear of the police coming. How funny!
