1. My birthday, homecoming, and a hayride to pick our pumpkins this year are some of the things I'm most looking forward to in October.
2. I'm not one for surprises. Sometimes I wish I could just go to the end and see what will happen. That's true for books, movies, and life!
3. Parenting doesn't come with a handbook. You have all these ideas of how you will act and how you won't act. I think most people stick to their overall ideals, however, some of the little things aren't as clear cut and that's why there is a saying, "never say never"! Bribe my 2 year old with a sucker so she sits there quietly in the cart while I shop? Heck ya!
4. When I'm down, I try to surround myself with people. Extroverts gain energry from being around others!
5. At home is where you'll find me most often. We do make an attempt to do at least one thing every day to get out of the house, but with a toddler who naps 2-3 hours in the afternoon and then a house to clean and a family to feed, home is where we are most often.
6. A rainy day is good for sleeping in! I LOVE to wake up and see that it's raining. It usually means Hannah will give me an extra half hour of sleep!
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to relaxing at home, tomorrow my plans include going to the store and taking a nap, and Sunday, I want to go to church and take a nap! (Do you see a weekend theme?)

Yes, sleeping is a common theme, especially when you're preggers, got insomnia, on rainy days and weekends! Isn't that what they are for, getting caught up on sleep?
Oh a nap sounds good... lucky mama :-)
And YAY for October birthdays! We rock!!!!
