4th of July Fun

We spent the 4th of July with Rob's parents. Usually Rob's brother has a 4th of July party but he spent so much time and money on the celebration last year that I think he needed a year off. Instead, we spent it just hanging out, eating, playing board/card games, talking while relaxing in the hot tub, and enjoying a few adult drinks after Hannah went to bed. There were some family friends in town and it was great to see everyone and just have fun together. Hannah loved sitting in her new princess chair while watching the guys set off a few left over fireworks from last year and, much to my amusement, is still repeating "Daddy burn self" whenever you mention the word "firework". (Rob didn't actually hurt himself, but one of his shirts now has a hole in it.) Here is a picture of us looking festive - hope everyone enjoyed their holiday!
