Snow Fun!

We had our first significant snowfall of the season yesterday (about 5-6 inches). Hannah was so excited to go play in the snow. Luckily, Grammy had bought her snowboots recently so we bundled up and went outside.



Hailey was not really all that impressed with the snow, but smiled for the camera none-the-less because that is just her.



Hannah had fun running around in it and particularly liked the drifts where the snow was almost high enough to go over her boots.

Although we had fun in the snow, it was bitterly cold and the snow had lost most of it's appeal to Hannah when she found out it wasn't good snow to make snowballs or snowmen. Really, it probably took me longer to bundle and un-bundle the kids than we spent outside. It was still nice to get some fresh air and hot chocolate always tastes better after being out in the cold!
