Christmas

Christmas morning!

I tried to get a picture of these two waking up, but they were clearly already awake:

Hailey with the gift she picked out from Build-a-Bear a few days ago:

Logan actually  just waking up:

Ready for the kids:

 Super Logan!

 Rob opening his stocking:

All the gifts from Hannah (which she picked out from the dollar bin at Target, paid for herself, and wrapped herself) have a note on them.  I loved mine so much that I included it:

Tis The Season!

Christmas is by far my favorite time of year!

There is snow (okay so there is no real snow yet but we can pretend with Logan's Olaf that he got from Rob's work holiday party):

Decorating the Christmas tree:

Holiday treats:

Hanging out as a family (Hailey really wanted us all to sit and look at the pretty tree in the dark):

Christmas parties with old friends:

Making more holiday treats, such as gingerbread houses:

Of course, then the dinosaurs eat it if it falls down:

Playgroup brings Santa every year:

Then there are the family Christmas parties:

And long-time friends (this is the 20th year I've gone to the Robert's family Boot Dinner):

Christmas lights are always a big hit:

And of course, seeing Santa is wonderful too:

It's the most wonderful time of the year!

Unfortunately this year there were a few things we didn't get to do.  We were sick this year for the Christmas eve service at church, Sarah and Paul just had a baby so they didn't come in for Christmas, and Matt and Jessica were only in for a few days, but that just means that Christmas will be that much more special next year.

Time to go set out the gifts!
