We are going to Wisconsin to spend Thanksgiving with Dustyn and Emily, so we decided to celebrate Thanksgiving early at the Jordans:
Seeing our friends is always fun, especially when we have extra time because it is a long weekend. The drive was much better than expected and we got to do all kinds of fun things. Emily and I got pedicures, we took the kids to the indoor pool/play area, Dustyn and Rob got to go out, and we all played games. The kids had a blast as well! I'm just sad we live so far apart. We used to hang out every month or two and it is now more like once or twice a year. Still so happy to have these friends in our lives. It's hard to believe it's been 13 years since I sat next to Dustyn in grad school orientation and bonded over our love of Taco Bell and our hate of the pompous red-headed guy in the front row.
